Tenor Recorder |
| The tenor recorder is the second lowest member of the standard recorder consort and plays in the key of C. The tenor recorder is largely an ensemble instrument and has relatively little solo literature written specifically for it. However, much of the soprano solo literature can be played on a tenor, and solo oboe music from the baroque period also usually works well on tenor recorder. | |
